 Using a combination of 3D design, 3D printing, traditional foundry technology and hand crafted construction, I have been able to bring my ideas for incredible buckles and belts to life. The buckles and hardware begin as 3D Digital designs, converted into physical models and then cast in the traditional methods of jewelry metalurgy.  All of my metal pieces are cast locally in Vancouver to my highest standards. All of our belts are made using the best Italian, "full grain", vegetable tanned belting leather.

The metal begins with selected pure Fine Silver, 999-9999 purity. It is then made into  S88 Sterling Silver by adding a 7.5% combination of copper and germanium to harden the Silver. This is done to add strength and durrability. S88 sterling silver is very low tarnish and requires little maintainance. Only the best local jewelry founders are used to ensure quality castings and quality control.
